are directly supported. These include variable length and multiple
record type data, as well as COBOL OCCURS and REDEFINES. As well,
data fields that contain overloaded or combined data values can easily
be segregated into their components.
Each of these sources can be combined in any combination into a
single unified view, with no additional infrastructure required.
Where mainframe loads or data access are an issue,
Arbutus offers a Windows
Server that is fully compatible with any mainframe
data staged there. No data transformation is required
to stage the data, ensuring a minimum of infrastructure
and a quick implementation.
