 Marketing Manager

 We are currently seeking a marketing manager who’s passionate about making a difference in a start-up environment.  In this role, you’ll have a hand in all facets of marketing with a primary focus on demand gen as well as managing content, campaigns, programs, and events.  You’re a team player who enjoys working with people to get the job done.


  • Implementing marketing strategy aligned to corporate objectives
  • Supporting Sales and Marketing teams by coordinating webinars and special events.
  • Working closely with Sales to generate leads and move them through the funnel
  • Writing effective website copy that compels visitors to download content or call in
  • Maintaining a consistent messaging style across all marketing channels
  • Managing email lists and creating email campaigns targeted to segmented lists
  • Managing events - pre/post event outreach, sourcing images, print coordination, event booking, shipping logistics, promotional materials, and proofing copy
  • Assisting team members with day-to-day marketing communications projects, and activities as requested including liaising with vendors.
  • Analyzing, scrubbing and qualifying leads from HubSpot to ensure accurate MQLs are routed accordingly to the Sales team.
  • Deploying and measuring marketing campaigns (advertising, events, product launches, etc.)
  • Website management and analytics (HubSpot and Google Analytics)
  • Other Marketing activities as required


  • You have a degree preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications or New Media
  • Minimum 5 years marketing experience (preferred)
  • You have superior written and verbal communication skills and are known for being detail oriented
  • Experience writing blogs, case studies, and creating PowerPoint presentations
  • You are excited about working in a start-up environment, and are ready to perform a broad range of tasks
  • You are a self-starter with little need for handholding
  • Confident and outgoing personality
  • Well organized and self-motivated
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience working with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, the Adobe Suite, GoToWebinar, SurveyMonkey an asset
