    The Role

    We are currently seeking a Regional Account Manager who’s passionate about making a difference in a start-up environment. In this role, you’ll be leading the charge in accelerating Arbutus’ growth in your assigned territory in NA.

    You’ll build and follow a territory plan to both expand the Arbutus footprint within existing Arbutus clients and net new customers.

    Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

    • 3 years of B2B sales experience with track record of success, preferably in tech;
    • Bachelors degree in business (marketing, finance, accounting) or similar;
    • Strong communicator: both verbal and written;
    • Excellent presentation skills;
    • Ability to convey technical concepts to less technical customers;
    • Comfortable leading discussions with a diverse group of people from front-line to C-Suite,
    • Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision;
    • Strategic Sales Training – curious, systematic questioner
